The Chevy Camaro hits the UK
The 2012 Chevrolet Camaro hits the UK – as a Convertible or Coupe – with a 6.2 litre V8 and starts from £34,996. There’s no substitute for cubic inches, or so American car lovers would have us believe. And if you share that sentiment you can now get yourself a Detroit Muscle car in the UK, with the launch of the Chevy Camaro Coupe and Convertible.
The MG3 – MG’s new supermini – has been caught testing in Spain ahead of a launch in the UK in early 2013. MG doesn’t offer a great deal of choice for car buyers at the moment, but the MG range is set to expand in 2013 with the addition of the MG3 supermini. The MG3 is already on sale in China, but MG are busy giving the MG3 a bit of a makeover to suit European markets, and a trio of UK plate MG3s have been caught out testing in Spain ahead of a UK launch at the start of the New Year.
It's been a busy weekend for McLaren: not only did Lewis win the 2012 US grand prix, but the car-making division confirmed it would build the most powerful MP4-12C yet – the new 12C GT Can-Am Edition. It's the track-focused 12C racer and Woking has sanctioned a limited run 'of no more than 30 examples.'
